How it works in 5 easy steps
For very simple, straightforward cases, our process can be completed in as little as 2 weeks. However, it's important that the process is not rushed and that both of you have had sufficient time to review, understand and input into the agreement, as well as receive the legal advice required.

Discussion with your partner
Before you engage in our process, it's important that you are both aligned on wanting an agreement and how you wish to split your assets. Our fixed fee model is designed for couples who've already discussed in detail how they wish to split their assets.
Our platform will provide you with a set of tools to create a draft, and the lawyers you are connected to via our platform will advise you on the fairness and enforceability of what you wish to do.
The whole process can be completed in 2 weeks
Step 02
Set up a consultation
Set up a consultation with one of our friendly team to discuss whether we are the right fit for you, talk through any initial questions and learn more about our service.
Step 03
Join our platform
Join our platform to start creating a draft of your agreement using our simple questionnaire. You will be assigned a Case Manager from our team to help you with this part of the process.
Step 04
Speak to your lawyer
Through our platform, you will each connect to separate lawyers who will advise you on your agreement. Our fixed fee model includes 1 hour of legal advice for each of you to ensure the draft produced on our platform is fair and appropriate for you both, and that you have had the legal advice required before entering into a nuptial agreement.
Step 05
Sign your document
Your lawyers will sign the document and provide each of you with a Certificate of Legal Advice. You will both now be able to sign the document and complete the process.
